- Rooms4Every1 are owners and not agents; by owning the properties, and maintaining them using our own team of qualified tradesmen, we aim to provide a better service to our tenants and deal directly via our dedicated property office that is located in the same area as the houses.
- Repairs are carried out promptly and to the highest standard by our own staff of CORGI gas certified engineers and NICEIC electricians.
- Our properties are fully furnished with new furniture, replaced frequently, inc. carpets & curtains throughout and fire-retardant soft furnishings.
- Full gas central heating in all properties which is safety certified annually.
- Electric showers and baths as standard.
- Washing machine, fridge freezers, cooker, vacuum, lawnmower.
- Utility bills included with rent if desired.
- All of our properties are within a 15 minute walk to Birmingham Campus, Queen Elizabeth Hospitals, railway station & major bus routes into Birmingham City Centre.
- A large selection of pubs, bars & restaurants; supermarkets a short walk away.
