- Our accommodation close to Birmingham University are fully furnished with new furniture, replaced frequently, inc. carpets & curtains throughout and fire-retardant soft furnishings.
- Full gas central heating in all properties which is safety certified annually.
- Electric showers and baths as standard.
- Washing machine, fridge freezers, cooker, vacuum, lawnmower.
- Utility bills included with rent if desired.
